Cypress Pointe is a gated condominium community located on beautiful Lake Marion about 10 miles south of Manning, SC. The 72 unit gated community offers one, two, and three-bedroom condos, all with lake views. This setting provides a vacation or permanent home in a tranquil, picturesque setting among 15+ acres of nature.
Amenities include a pool with restrooms and a cabana close by, an assembly/community room, and a pingpong table, and owner donated library. There are also tennis courts, a fishing pier, a sandy swim beach, and a fish cleaning shed.
